Cancellation & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Letscampout.com for your camping experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking your camping trip.

  1. Cancellation by the customer: If you wish to cancel your camping trip, please notify us via email at least 7 days prior to the start of your trip. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

  2. No-shows: In case of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged and no refund will be provided.

  3. Changes to the booking: If you wish to make any changes to your booking, such as dates or number of guests, please notify us via email at least 7 days prior to the start of your trip. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.any changes in dates would attract 500 per date change.

  4. Cancellation by Letscampout.com: In the rare event that we have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative camping trip of equal value. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the customer.

  5. Refunds: Please note that no refunds will be provided in case of cancellation IN exceptional medical emergency provided with all the reports it would take approximate 15 working day time for refund or change of dates credit.

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation of your camping trip.
